Since its first wooden boat in 2016, Cat Ba Ocean Cruises has identified and aimed at a local traditional authentic cruise team, to embrace our local craft works, to contribute to local job creating in Cat Ba Island life. Till 2025, we are now owning and operating 6 boats, including newly brand Le Petit Prince: La Rose (2 cabins), The Sky (3 cabins), The Stars (4 cabins), Le Coeur (7 cabins), Cozy Boutique (12 cabins). We named our boats beyond the beauty of nature, the message of lifetime history of a little boy, Little Prince, travelling and understanding the true simplicity of living in present time.
We focus on operating small and private boats to bring our guests to less-visited parts of the bay, to spend the night without worrying about other crowded big groups. Our routes bring you to experience the natural wonders of legendary Lan Ha Bay, cruising among thousands of karst islands, kayaking and enjoying small sandy beaches, and the view of local life while visiting a floating fishing village on the bay or Viet Hai village on a nearby island. And each boat has staff mostly from the region and nearby province of Vietnam, remaining all simplicity, warmth and friendliness of coastal people. A trip with our boat leaves both guests and crew with a souvenir and understanding of each other’s culture.
